  The detachable plate heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, large logarithmic mean temperature difference, small end temperature difference, compact structure, small floor area, and can easily adjust the heat exchange area and process form. At the same time, it has the characteristics of good economy, high reliability, convenient cleaning and maintenance.
   Removable plate heat exchanger plate and sealant pad materials, can be selected according to the use of conditions, commonly used plate materials are stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium, titanium palladium alloy Ti-PD, nickel Inconel, Hastelloy C-276, SMO254 and so on; Commonly used sealant pads are nitrile rubber N, EPDM rubber E, fluorine rubber F, neoprene rubber C, silicone rubber Q and so on.
 The design pressure of the product is within 2.5MPa; The design temperature is -50ºC-230ºC.
