  Tubular heat exchangers, also known as tubular heat exchangers, are composed of shell, heat transfer tube bundle, tube plate, baffle plate (or baffle rod) and tube box and other components.   According to the form of tube plate and shell and its matching part, it can be divided into seven types: fixed tube plate, floating head type, U-shaped tube type, stuffing box type, kettle type, sliding tube plate and intubation type. According to the type of heat exchange tube can be divided into noode tube, spiral tube, threaded tube, copper light tube, low fin tube, string tube, brass, stainless steel light tube, film tube and so on. According to the installation form can be divided into horizontal and vertical two.
