Air cooler is a heat exchange equipment that uses cold water or low temperature ethylene glycol solution as a refrigerant to cool hot air. An air heater is a heat exchange device that uses steam, hot water, heat transfer oil, or hot ethylene glycol solution as the heating medium to heat cold air. It is generally composed of heat exchange tube bundles, air inlet and outlet pipe boxes, and brackets.
This heat exchanger is used to cool high-temperature and high-pressure chemical gases. The medium for the tube side is cooling water, and the medium for the shell side is chemical raw gas.
Application:Widely used in various working conditions that require cold and hot air, such as HVAC, electricity, steel, chemical, biopharmaceutical, automotive coating, papermaking, textile, food processing, etc.
The commonly used types of heat exchange tubes usually include sleeve type, wound type, rolled type, embedded type, welded type, and other structural types.
The main materials of base pipes include carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, composite pipes, etc;
The main materials of wing (rib) sheets include carbon steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, copper sheets, etc.
Pipe boxes are generally made of carbon steel or stainless steel materials.
